FAQs

To hold a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card. Spa of the West will not charge your card until after scheduled service is received (at the time of checking out, you may use an alternative method or card for payment) or if you missed your appointment.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax in our serenity room, enjoy a complimentary hot or cold beverage, and snacks. Late arrival will result in limited treatment and will be charged for full-service treatment. Please shower prior to any body treatments and/or use of pools. Drink plenty of water before and after treatments. Refrain from shaving before body treatments. Gentlemen, please shave 2 hours before facials.

Please be sure to notify us of any medical and/or physical conditions, such as high blood pressure, pregnancy, allergies or skin conditions. Please note that therapies involving heat or peels are not recommended for pregnant women.

When receiving services of $60 or above, you are a “Member for a Day”, and we invite you to enjoy all of the available amenities at Sports West Athletic Club. You will have access to a state-of-the-art workout facility, cutting edge classes, indoor saltwater pool, steam rooms, dry sauna, infrared sauna and whirlpool.

Childcare can be provided upon request at Sports West Athletic Club’s Kids’ Club. (Ages 10 months to 12 years) Maximum stay is 3 hours. Must be booked at time of appointment. Childcare Hours: Mon - Thur 9am - 7pm, Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm & Sun 9am - 2pm.

We recommend a gratuity of 20% of your service price.

An appointment may be canceled with no charge any time before 24 hours of the booked appointment. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). In the case of a no-call, no-show, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
